Step 1: Download Your Onboarding Documents
These documents are essential to understand your role, responsibilities, and compensation structure as an EXO Sales Rep. Make sure to review each file carefully and keep a digital copy for your records. This paperwork ensures full transparency, protects both parties legally, and gives you everything you need to succeed.
Step 2: Submit Your Paperwork
Submitting your documents promptly helps us verify your onboarding and schedule your training quickly. All uploads are secure and reviewed only by authorized EXO onboarding staff. Be sure your files are clear, legible, and complete to avoid delays.
- Signed Independent Contractor Agreement
- Completed W-9 Form
- Clear photos or scans of your Social Security Card
- Front and back of your Driver’s License or government-issued ID
Step 3: Book Your First Field Training Day
This hands-on session is your opportunity to gain real-world experience, learn our proven approach to customer conversations, and get answers to your questions in the field. You’ll observe how we educate homeowners, handle objections, and close deals ethically and confidently. Come prepared with questions, energy, and a notebook!
