Delivery
When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. Shipping time depends on your location:
- USA: 3–4 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand fulfillment company with facilities worldwide.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
International orders may be subject to additional customs or tax fees, assessed by your local customs office. Please check with them for details.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
- Check your shipping confirmation for mistakes in your delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Check with neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
If your shipping address was correct and the package wasn’t received, contact us at support@exoenvironmental.com with your order number.
If there was an address mistake, we can send a replacement, but shipping will be at your cost.
Orders
How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper with worldwide facilities. Orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can fulfill them most efficiently.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships. For questions, contact support@exoenvironmental.com.
I received a wrong/damaged product. What should I do?
Please email us within one week at support@exoenvironmental.com with:
- Photos of the damaged/wrong product
- Your order number
- Any other relevant details
Returns
What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer standard returns or exchanges. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at support@exoenvironmental.com.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are provided only for wrong or damaged items. Contact us with photos and your order number, and we’ll sort it out promptly.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
Currently, exchanges are not offered. Please check sizing charts in the product description before ordering.
If an item was mislabeled, email us within a week of receiving it with photos and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
