What types of products do you sell?
We offer pest-themed apparel, gear, and accessories — from streetwear hoodies and tees to stickers and posters. All designed by EXO and inspired by real Southern Nevada pests.
Do you ship outside of Las Vegas?
Yes! We currently ship anywhere in the U.S. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for email updates to be the first to know.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most items are made to order and ship within 5–7 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 2–5 business days on average.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes — returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no cost. Contact support@exoenvironmental.com.
Are these products eco-friendly?
Yes! We use print-on-demand fulfillment to minimize waste. Many of our products also feature eco-conscious materials — see each product page for details.
Who designs your apparel?
All artwork is created in-house by EXO in collaboration with pest control professionals and local artists. It’s bold, gritty, and uniquely EXO.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production may begin and cancellations may not be guaranteed.
Do you offer bulk or tech team discounts?
Yes! Email us for bulk pricing or custom orders for your pest control team. We offer special pricing for verified companies and tech squads.
Will new items be added regularly?
Absolutely — we drop new merch monthly and feature seasonal exclusives. Follow us on Instagram or join our newsletter to stay updated.
What sizes do you offer?
Most apparel ranges from XS–3XL. Size charts are available on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a looser fit.
Can I suggest a design?
Yes! We love community ideas. Send us your bug-themed ideas or inside jokes — if we use your concept, we’ll send you a free shirt!
